Every listing on dailyaitools is free. We write each one from the vendor's own homepage and pricing page, check it again every week, and never publish ratings or reviews. One tool publishes each day. The free queue publishes whichever category needs tools most first, so a new tool's wait can be days or weeks, and we can't promise a date.

Pick the date you want in the form. We review the tool and reply, usually within a day, with a link to lock that date in. You pay only once we have said yes, and you can move the date yourself until two business days before it.

A person reads every submission. If it fits the directory it joins the queue; if not, we say so. Either way you hear back by email.

What the fee does not buy
Paying picks the date. It does not buy a place in the directory: a tool we would not list for free, we will not list for money. It does not change what we write. You do not see the entry before it publishes and you cannot edit it afterwards. The tool page says the date was paid for. There are no ratings to buy, because we do not publish any.
Refunds. You pay only after we approve your tool, so there is never a charge for one we decline. Once your date is set, the fee is non-refundable, but you can move the date yourself, from the private link in your confirmation email, until two business days before it. If we cancel or cannot publish on that date, you choose a new date or we refund the fee in full.
